Understanding how your channel is doing at any given moment is a critical key to success on YouTube. You do that by doing a review of your channel as often as needed, but typically no less than once every quarter.
No matter if you're brand new to YouTube or a veteran, the first time you watch this lesson we recommend you do a full channel review to get a feel for how it's done. Every time you read your channel, your primary goal is to find the top things that will move the needle of your success the most.

Action Step - Create 3 Actions From Notes
How To: Take all of your action notes from all three tabs and distill them into three actions in order of priority. Give each action a name with notes and only do those three.
Quick Tip: If there is a recurring theme that pops up over and over again, that is a good indicator of an action you should take.
