There is no one size fits all approach, but there are continuous, strategic elements that do contribute to success. Each of the phases has a phase roadmap which is how to use the skillsets, the action steps, and the lessons within that phase. Within each of those phase roadmaps, you will be given information on graduating so you know when you are ready to move on to each phase. This is a living system.
