In this phase, you're going to produce content on an on-going basis on your channel. There are many skillsets you will learn in this phase that you will build on in future phases. To get ready for this phase, go back and watch the road map for the compass phase. Revisit your channel blueprint often.
Goal: Strengthen the core foundation skills
Graduation: Publish 20-30 videos (no matter how many you already have on your channel), and get an established publishing schedule.
How to use this phase:
- Go back and rewatch the Compass Phase Roadmap for your channel.
- With your Channel Blueprint in place, you now know what videos to make - you're meant to keep referencing and refining your Blueprint ALL THE TIME.
- This is where the rubber hits the road. Keep producing videos, consistently.
- Go through the videos (they're loosely grouped in order) and implement the skillsets over time in your videos.
- I'm not talking about monetization much yet, because first goal is to build your audience.
