Your measure of success is the graduation numbers in the Phase Roadmap
What is not working? Self Evaluation:
- How long? Give it 3 months at least.
- What amount of videos? At least 20 videos.
- What baseline? Is it 50% or higher of graduation numbers?
- (Possible) analytics factors - low retention, low engagement
Potential Problems:
- Trying to make something work that won't really work (no trailblazing! not for first channel, maybe afterward)
- What are audience concerns that you're not addressing?
- Are you following the advice given in this system? - go back and do the hardest thing from a lesson. Do it again 5x more.
- Drafting: how similar is your styling? go back and draft again
